Prioritized Must Have Skills For The IT Manager#1. 8+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibilities#2. Manufacturing industry experience required, preferably within aerospace or defense environments#3. Experience supporting regulatory and compliance frameworks including AS9100, ITAR, NIST SP 800-171, and/or CMMC readiness#4. Strong technical expertise with network administration, server management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle#5.
