FEA Engineer with Aerospace

Job Details:Lead and oversee the design and execution of complex FEA simulations on a variety of mechanical components and systemsBuild, develop and implement advanced simulation models and algorithms to support product development and innovationAnalyse and interpret simulation results to make design recommendations and drive continuous improvementPost-process results to determine if products meet customer requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behaviour and meet project requirementsMentor and guide FEA engineers and contribute to their professional developmentDevelop and implement FEA best practices and standards within the organizationPerform reviews of technical analysis and documentation of other engineersStay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologiesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field2 years of experience in Aerospace domain is must.6-9 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations in an industrial or academic settingStrong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysisAdvanced proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRANExcellent ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesDemonstrated leadership and technical project planning and estimation skillsA track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in simulation processes and practices.
