They are driven by our values of integrity, service, and quality, ensuring that each client receives customized solutions tailored to their needsLocation: On-SiteJob: Cyberspace Exercise PlannerSchedule: Full-timeMinimum Clearance Required: DOD Top SecretJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Cyberspace Exercise Planner to lead the design, development, and execution of cyber training exercises that enhance mission readiness, validate operational capabilities, and support defensive and offensive cyberspace operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cyber operations, exercise planning methodologies (e.g., JELC), and the ability to work collaboratively with military, interagency, and/or coalition partners.Responsibilities:Assists in the coordination of Cyberspace Planning and Exercise activities, both integrating and facilitating DoD and DLA Cyber exercise requirements. Understands the Cyber Terrain and performs in-depth mission analysis for specified, implied, and essential tasks which Cyber supports. Supports exercise events in accordance with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) from the J6 and cyberspace perspective.Develops and coordinates exercise training objectives, building the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), and entering MSELs into applicable databases for Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), COCOM, DLA and other stakeholder exercises. Assists in designing, planning, coordinating, and integrating cyber effects into exercises to achieve the command's training objectives. Assists in observing and evaluating personnel readiness against the exercises training objectives. Provides assessments and lessons learned input post exercise and assists in addressing any follow-on action items. Provides communications, cyberspace and exercise planning support using the Government provided automated software tools, when applicable, and IAW the suspense assigned by the Government or through the Government staffing process.Minimum Requirements:Must have an active DOD Clearance at time of proposal submission.Five (5) years relevant experience in IT/CSExperience with and understanding of DLA's Cyber TerrainMust have an active DOD Top Secret Clearance at time of proposal submission and be eligible for IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) upon assignment.Certifications:DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level IIIIf you are interested in this position, please send a copy of your latest resume to nayra.zaboo@iQuasar.com with the information requested below.
