The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in skincare formulation, ingredient strategy, claims substantiation, clinical testing, texture development, and regulatory compliance. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and external vendors to drive innovation within the Clarity & Age Management skincare categories.Top Must-Have SkillsSkincare Product Development & Formulation8+ years of experience developing skincare products/formulas.Expertise in formulation, texture development, ingredient technologies, and product efficacy.Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationExperience leading product development teams and managing complex global product launches.Strong collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, and external partners.Clinical Testing, Claims & Regulatory KnowledgeExperience developing clinical testing strategies and claims substantiation.Strong understanding of skincare regulatory requirements and product compliance.Preferred BackgroundBeauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry experience.Experience with anti-aging, age management, acne/clarity, or treatment-focused skincare products.Ingredient innovation and sustainability strategy experience.Global product portfolio management experience.Strong consumer insights and market trend analysis capabilities.
