They are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new investor outreach, serving as the main point of contact for high-net-worth and institutional investors, and managing all aspects of the fundraising cycle and investor service. This includes subscription processing, investor communications, and reporting, as well as providing exceptional, detail-oriented, and expedient service. The role requires a well-educated, polished individual with a strong background in investor relations, a proven track record in raising capital, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CFA being desirable. A minimum of 5 years' of investor relations experience, particularly with a focus on raising capital, is required, along with at least 2 years' of financial services or investment experience. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of finance, investments, and the economy. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, consultation, sales, and CRM, and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities also include managing the investor database, liaising with various departments to process investments, and assisting in the creation of investor materials.
