Role: .Net Release ManagerWork location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite RoleDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end releases across .NET full stack development, QA, and architecture teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and low-risk deployments.Must Have10+ years experience in Release Management / DevOps / Environment ManagementStrong experience managing end-to-end release cycles in .NET-based applicationsExpertise in:Release planning, scheduling, and governanceCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Version control systems (Git) & branching strategiesHands-on experience coordinating across:Development (.NET Full Stack)QA (Automation & API/UI testing)Architecture teamsStrong understanding of:Build & deployment processesEnvironment management (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)Rollback and risk mitigation strategiesExperience in release documentation, change management, and audit complianceAbility to manage production deployments with minimal downtimeShould HaveExperience with Azure cloud / cloud-based deploymentsKnowledge of microservices & containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, API automation)Experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsNice to HaveExposure to infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)Experience with monitoring & observability tools (App Insights, Splunk)Understanding of security and compliance in release processesKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute release schedules across multiple teams and environmentsEnsure code quality gates with QA and architecture governanceCoordinate build, test, and deployment activitiesManage release risks, dependencies, and rollback strategiesDrive continuous improvement in release and deployment processesProvide release status, reporting, and stakeholder communication
