Property Manager- Lease Up/New Construction

Job Description A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time New Construction/Lease-Up Property Manager for Aventura at St. Peters with an anticipated start date of July 2026.This position is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of the development under their direction. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee and adhere to all appropriate company accounting directives including accounts payables, receivables, budgeting, and financial reportingComplete necessary administrative tasks including lease generation and executionOversee social media programsMarket and Lease ApartmentsMaintain and update market information and provide recommendations on rents and concessionsEnsure the property is being maintained in a clean and presentable conditionComplete and submit all required monthly reportingSupervise all site personnel including developing, coaching, and trainingQualifications:5 years or more of Multi-Family Property Manager Experience3 years or more of prior Class A Lease Up experience required or experience transitioning a property from construction to stabilization, warranty items and property setupYardi/CRM experience preferredAbility to work evenings and weekendsPatience and flexibilityAbility to effectively lead a teamAbility to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, have excellent organization, and possess strong multi-tasking skillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customersBenefits Offered:New move in and lease renewal bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401 (k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLife InsuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceIf you are ready for a rewarding career, we want to hear from you!Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:30pm, Saturday, 11:00am- 4:00pm
