Engineering support is provided to customize solutions for various companies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Aerospace Kitting Representative role located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Aerospace Kitting Representative will be responsible for organizing and preparing kits of parts for Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Defense applications. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient installation processes, and timely delivery of kits to customers.QualificationsAircraft and Aviation knowledge preferredExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and organized approach to workExperience with inventory management systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredResponsibilitiesPull and verify correct parts from inventory based on work orders or kit listsAccurately use the inventory management system to record part movements and updatesOrganize and maintain kitting paperwork, labels, and documentationPackage parts securely and in accordance with quality and shipping standardsAssemble and kit parts together based on customer or internal specificationsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all kits before final deliveryMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work areaCommunicate any inventory shortages, discrepancies, or issues to the supervisorAssist with inventory counts, stock organization, and replenishment as neededFollow all safety and company procedures during handling and packaging
