Our experienced drivers safely load, unload, and set up products for consumers and companies.Job Summary:Responsible for responding to and/or managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customer accounts. This may include providing support through various channels, such as in person, phone, email, or social media. They must be able to communicate effectively, understand the customer's needs, and provide solutions or information promptly. Additionally, they may need to collect and record customer data and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure. The focus is on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and providing quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with clients, their customers and sub-contractors while utilizing processes to manage client inventory, client shipments, job site requirements and delivery requirementsProvide job site or transportation quotations for customers or their customers based on client established tariffs and contracts. Register, update, and monitor shipments and job site details in the Base Operating System, providing updates to clients and other interested parties as requiredProvide direction to distribution centers, agents, drivers, transportation providers and third parties as to activities necessary to ensure committed services are provided to client, their customer, and subcontractorsProblem resolution with drivers or carriers while on-site, agents, distribution centers, service providers, third parties and the customer regarding on-site services, warehouse services, inventory management, transportation, and product handlingResponsible to create and/or update user manuals, process instructions and documentationTrain others as needed to execute to STI and client requirementsManage customer products using Customer Product Management system with order and inventory item updates.
