Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician supports the daily operation and upkeep of properties by performing hands-on maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role works closely with engineering and property management to ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently while delivering responsive tenant service.Work Location: Tysons, VAPay: $23.00 - $27.00/hrKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsComplete preventive maintenance and document work in the work order systemInspect buildings, equipment, and grounds; identify and resolve safety or maintenance issuesRespond to tenant service requests and emergency calls in a timely mannerMaintain fire and life safety systems, including alarms and emergency equipmentPerform general building upkeep such as lighting, doors, painting, and minor carpentrySupport seasonal operations and participate in an on-call rotationQualificationsWorking knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsValid driver s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong customer service skills and ability to work independentlyBasic computer skills and experience with work order systemsCFC Universal Certification preferred or obtainable within 90 daysHigh school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred
