Under the general direction of the Client Service Manager and the Director of Laboratory Services, the Phlebotomist / Clinical Lab Associate is responsible for collecting blood specimens and supporting essential laboratory operations.This role combines hands-on phlebotomy (venipuncture) with specimen processing, patient registration, and laboratory data entry.
