Workday Adaptive Planning / Workforce Planning ConsultantContract-to-Permanent Opportunity Location: Fully Remote (EU-Based)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning / Workforce Planning Consultant to support enterprise planning, forecasting, and workforce modelling initiatives within a global Workday environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Workday Adaptive Planning and Workforce Planning implementations. Configure planning models for budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and workforce analytics. Design and optimise workforce planning structures, assumptions, and reporting models. Gather and translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions. Build dashboards, sheets, reports, and planning workflows within Adaptive Planning. Support integrations between Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM, Financials, and external systems. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. Provide best-practice guidance on planning processes, modelling, and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimisation. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams across global environments. Required ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Workforce Planning. Experience delivering planning implementations or large-scale enhancements. Strong understanding of workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Technical StackWorkday Adaptive Planning, Workforce Planning, Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Adaptive Dashboards, Cube Sheets, Modelling Sheets, Reporting & Analytics, Scenario Planning, Headcount Planning, Forecasting Models, Adaptive Integration Framework, Workday Prism Analytics (nice to have), EIB, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Excel (advanced modelling), Power BI/Tableau (awareness), Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Agile delivery methodologies.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Adaptive Planning certification. Experience with enterprise planning transformations. Exposure to financial planning and HR analytics. Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with ERP or payroll platforms.
