AI Lead/AI Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Lead/AI Architect to drive the adoption, operationalization, and enablement of AI solutions across IT and business functions. This role combines AI engineering, client engagement, solution consulting, and end-user enablement to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of AI tools within enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI solution deployment, workflow integration, stakeholder engagement, and training business users on day-to-day AI-driven operations. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on configuring AI solutions aligned to client-specific operating models and business workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and enterprise adoption of AI tools across business and IT teamsAct as the primary point of contact for AI initiatives, client coordination, and solution rollout activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with operational and strategic goalsConfigure and customize AI solutions based on client workflows, operating models, and business requirementsWork closely with IT, engineering, and architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and processesConduct hands-on development, workflow configuration, prompt optimization, and AI solution enablement activitiesDeliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for end users to drive adoption and effective day-to-day usageSupport change management initiatives by driving awareness, communication, and user engagement across teamsProvide continuous feedback and recommendations to improve AI implementation, usability, governance, and operational efficiencyPartner with cross-functional teams including product, operations, consulting, and leadership stakeholdersEnsure AI solutions align with enterprise governance, compliance, and knowledge management standardsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in AI solutions, enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, or related rolesStrong hands-on experience working with AI tools, generative AI platforms, and enterprise AI applicationsExperience implementing and operationalizing AI solutions in enterprise environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and workflow-driven solutionsExperience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on exposure to workflow automation tools, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platformsExperience delivering end-user training, enablement, and adoption programsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, knowledge management systems, and AI governance frameworksBackground in pre-sales, consulting, customer success, or solution architecture preferredUnderstanding of enterprise change management and AI adoption strategies is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS AI services, or similar platformsKnowledge of enterprise collaboration and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Power Platform, or automation platformsExposure to data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security best practicesAbility to work independently while managing multiple client and stakeholder engagementsWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful rollout and adoption of AI capabilities across multiple business functionsIncreased user engagement and measurable operational improvements through AI enablementEffective collaboration between business, IT, and leadership stakeholdersDelivery of scalable and sustainable AI-driven workflows and processes
