Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.+ Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and clinical status.+ Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure execution of physician and nursing orders.+ Assess and facilitate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
