Required Qualifications:
Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
Successful completion of an accredited college level lactation certification program that includes 300 hours OR more of precepted clinical lactation experience may be substituted for years of prior experience.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
1 year Experience in an acute or ambulatory setting working with a pediatric population
1 year Experience providing lactation care in a labor and delivery, post partum, or NICU department or in an outpatient setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire.
Preferred International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
