This role is essential in delivering an exceptional patient experience by serving as a primary point of contact for patients across our multi-location specialty practice.The Patient Relations Representative will assist patients with scheduling, appointment coordination, inbound calls, general inquiries, and patient support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, customer service, healthcare operations, and creating positive patient experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer high-volume inbound calls and patient inquiries professionally and efficientlySchedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments across multiple clinic locations and providersAssist patients with questions related to appointments, referrals, insurance, and clinic processesProvide exceptional customer service while helping resolve patient concerns and escalating issues appropriatelyAccurately document patient interactions within the electronic medical record system (EPIC)Coordinate communication between patients, providers, clinical staff, and administrative departmentsSupport overall patient satisfaction initiatives and help maintain a positive patient experienceMaintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all timesAssist with overflow administrative and patient support tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious healthcare, medical office, patient access, call center, or customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (EPIC)Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience in orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, pain management, or specialty medical practicesFamiliarity with insurance verification and medical scheduling workflowsBilingual candidates are encouraged to applyWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and paid holidaysSupportive and collaborative team environmentScheduleFull-Time | Monday–Friday
