Join Our Pricing And Contracts TeamWe are looking for a solution-oriented and creative problem solver to join the Pricing and Contracts team inside of our Finance Department. The ideal team member brings financial and/or project management experience along with a strong'move it forward' mindset. This person is comfortable working independently, quick on their feet, and detail oriented while seeing the big picture.
Responsibilities
Serve as an integral member of the pricing/contracts team by supporting both intercompany pricing and contracts administration activities.
Support pricing functions by independently leading simple to complex intercompany pricing requests, proposal efforts, cost/price analyses, competitive salary analysis, resource estimating, and the development of pricing schedules and cost volumes for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and ROMs.
Support a variety of contract administration functions, including GSA Schedule maintenance, intercompany work order support, subcontractor management, reporting requirements, vendor assessments, and procurement reviews.
Work closely with solution architects and proposal team members to coordinate pricing strategies, identify risks and craft solution inputs.
Provide support during internal and external audits, provide proposal quality assurance reviews, and end-of-month internal control certification reviews.
Provide support in the maintenance and/or updates of pricing models in use by the pricing department.
Proactive communication with team members and management, this position requires a high-level of engagement with senior leadership as well as frequent interaction with ASM's parent company, Accenture Federal Services (AFS).
Support departmental goals and yearly initiatives spanning across both pricing and contracts administration.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5-10 years of experience in pricing, contract finance, contract administration, project management/delivery, or project management office (PMO).
Other Job Specific Skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint on a daily basis
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities under tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills
