REMOTE Client Service Representative - Must Live in Eastern Time Zone

This is a REMOTE position Candidate must live in the Eastern Time ZoneIn this role you will be required to: Demonstrate the ability to listen well and the willingness to assistclients, both internal and external Maintain an upbeat and positive personality Exercise sound judgment, take initiative and be flexible Creatively solve problems and maintain relationships Have sales experience and be customer service orientedYour daily duties will include (but are not limited to) consulting withconsumers via telephone and website; supporting physician salesconsultants and their clients; handling incoming and outgoing calls; managewebsite accounts, update client information and demographics; and interfacewith other departments as necessary to meet the needs of our clients.To be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator whofluently reads and writes English.Fluency in Spanish is not required but is aplus. We require someone with sales experience and who is customer serviceoriented. You must have the ability to deal with people at all levels and havea strong attention to detail. In addition to this, you should be proficient in allMS Office applications and Salesforce. A minimum of 2-5 years of experiencein sales/service is required.
