Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate

Over the past handful of years, we've expanded to Portland, Oregon, Eastern Washington, Boise, and Vancouver, British Columbia resulting in significant growth.We are seeking a versatile Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires a candidate who can manage various responsibilities within a warehouse environment while also assisting with counter sales and customer service. As a Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate, you will contribute to our team's success by ensuring efficient operations in both areas. Positions for this role are currently open in our Seattle and Portland locations.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain Quality and Organization: Uphold high standards of quality and organization in the warehouse to optimize workflow.Shipping and Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, determine their destinations, and notify relevant parties. Process sales orders and monitor their status, ensuring customer satisfaction.Inventory Management: Perform weekly/monthly inventory checks of on-hand items, ensuring accuracy in our inventory system. Adjust inventory for incoming stock orders and verify deliveries.Freight Coordination: Coordinate with freight companies to generate Bill of Lading (BOL) documents for outgoing shipments. Assess incoming freight for damage and accept or deny accordingly.Sales Support: Assist the sales team as needed, including picking and tagging items for customer pickup.Documentation: Ensure all necessary communications and updates are documented in Outlook folders for reference.UPS Operations: Oversee all aspects of UPS operations, including deliveries, shipping label generation, manufacturer returns, and international shipping.Physical Requirements: Safely lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. and climb ladders and stairs as needed.
