Warehouse HandlerThe Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization to hire a Warehouse Handler in Seattle, Washington. You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accuratelyhelping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsSafely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksOrganize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibilityPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and safeReport any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisorsCollaborate with team members to meet daily operational goalsWhat We're Looking For:Required: High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift and move 50+ lbs safelyExperience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic understanding of warehouse safety practicesPreferred: Forklift certificationPrevious warehouse or logistics experienceFamiliarity with inventory systems or barcode scannersBasic computer skills for data entry and trackingStrong communication and teamwork skillsKey Skills:Attention to detail and accuracyPhysical stamina and safe material handlingEquipment operation and safety awarenessTeam collaboration and communicationTime management and efficiencyWork Environment & Schedule:Warehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Shift Schedule: Full-time (typically 40 hours/week) Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts) Occasional overtime may be requiredWhy This Role:This is a great opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts daily operations and customer satisfaction.
