Key responsibilities for the CMO include delivering integrated consumer and customer marketing plans, leading the annual strategic and commercial planning, and ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints. The role also involves driving innovation, shaping the communication strategy, and managing partnerships, alliances, and influencer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a values-based leader, committed to team development, and will work to fuel a culture of care, growth, and collaboration. They must be adept at leveraging insights and analytics to anticipate consumer needs, and be responsible for financial performance, setting budgets, and tracking performance to maximize ROI.
