Talent Coordinator (Influencer Representation)

Vertical is a creator talent agency specializing in two of the most commercially active niches in the space: food and pets. If neither excites you, this is probably not the right fit. We represent digital creators who reach tens of millions of viewers monthly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We negotiate the brand partnerships that turn that reach into real business. We run proprietary internal tools that let a lean team operate at a level most agencies can not match at our size.We are hiring a Talent Coordinator to support our agents and grow into one.This is the operational and relational work that keeps deals moving... managing creator communications, tracking brand campaigns from contract through completion, handling deliverable timelines, and learning the mechanics of talent representation from the inside. If you have worked at a marketing or PR agency and want to understand what is actually happening on the creator side of those deals, this is how you get there. If you have already worked in talent, even better.What you will doSupport agents across active deal flow: inbound inquiries, rate submissions, and contract trackingCoordinate brand campaigns from contract stage through completion — timelines, content approvals, posting schedules, and deliverablesTravel to brand events, creator shoots, and industry activations. This is not a desk-only roleCommunicate directly with brands, agencies, and creators to keep campaigns on trackTrack deal details: usage rights, exclusivity terms, posting requirements, and payment milestonesSupport pitch materials, product logistics, and brand events as neededSit in on brand calls and negotiations and learn the craft of representation firsthandWhat we are looking forBackground in a marketing, PR, or talent agency environment preferred, not requiredStrong written communication and comfort managing high-volume email without hand-holdingFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as platforms, not just as a userGenuine interest in food or pet content — you follow creators, you understand why they workComfortable operating in a lean environment where the playbook is still being writtenWhat you will getReal access to deals, negotiations, and the business from day oneA direct path to an agent role.
