Executive Assistant to CEO/Leadership Team

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping create structure, streamline communication, and support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly resourceful, grounded, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping senior leadership stay focused on strategic priorities.About the Job:Serve as a true “right hand” and gatekeeper to the CEO, managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and day-to-day operational coordinationAct as a liaison with the executive leadership team to facilitate communication, follow-up, and execution on key initiativesCoordinate meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries, and executive logistics with strong attention to detail and follow-throughPrepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business materials on behalf of the CEOAssist in managing high volumes of information, requests, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProvide light personal assistance support related to philanthropic, community, and family-related commitments as neededHelp create efficiencies, organize workflows, and proactively “take things off the plate” of senior leadershipHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalismPartner closely with leadership in a business that operates across multiple entities and functional areasRemain flexible and responsive outside of standard business hours when necessaryCompetitive base salary + discretionary bonus; comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) with company match; generous PTO policy; relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesAbout You:Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including direct support to a CEO or senior executive within an operationally driven business environmentPrevious experience within operationally intensive/project-driven industriesExperience supporting leaders of high-growth organizations preferredAnalytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and sound judgmentComfortable operating in a business that is fast-paced, hands-on, and entrepreneurial in natureHighly organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProfessional, adaptable, and confident interacting with executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholdersStrong tenure and demonstrated stability in prior positions preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environmentStandard business hours (Monday–Friday) in Las Vegas metro area office
