DESCRIPTIONBlau & Associates is seeking a highly capable, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership and the broader consulting team. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm supporting executive scheduling, communications, document preparation, and internal coordination while contributing to operational efficiency across multiple concurrent initiatives.
