Take charge of client development and business expansion within the US amino acids market by actively identifying potential customers and partnership opportunities to increase market share and drive sales growth.2. Handle product quotations, lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure the smooth execution of orders.3. In-depth knowledge of the amino acids sector, with an established network of downstream feed customers in the US Midwest/North Central regions.3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of international trade operations.4. Willingness to work from the Chicago office or be based in other Midwestern cities (e.g., in Iowa, Minnesota).5. Excellent planning and execution abilities, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.6. Outgoing personality with a strong service orientation and high professional ethics.
