Role name: Oracle Technical ArchitectWork site: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)Job Description:The Oracle Technical Architect will manage and deliver medium to high complexity / Cloud Transformation / Multi-Country roll out integration projects. They will play a crucial role in designing architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate will lead translation of the client's business goals and requirements into system designs, technical configuration and testing of Oracle applications and integrations.Job Location:Per client requirement and up to 75% travelResponsibilities:Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussionsReview and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solutionFacilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirementsOffer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilitiesUse technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovationsDefine solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessionsWork with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.Act as a mentor to Leads and AnalystsContribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.Required Skills9-13 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS)Must have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projectsExperience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systemsWorking knowledge of Cloud ConfigurationPrimary Modules: Oracle modules to be listed by requestorSecondary Modules: Modules to be listed by requestorStrong consulting experience and business analytical skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsImplementation in global environments or international experienceGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersNice to Have SkillsProfessional Certificates: Agile Leadership Network, Agile AllianceFair understanding of: to be listed by requestorExperience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or RallyQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher is required in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or applicable degreeTwo+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications including Oracle Integration CloudWilling to travel in a 3-4-5 model
