Marketing Coordinator
We’re a fast-paced, high-performing real estate office looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Agent Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys supporting others, and can balance both creativity and operations while managing multiple priorities at once.The ideal candidate is someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, take initiative, and bring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to everything they do.Responsibilities:Create and manage social media content, including Instagram posts, reels, short-form video, and basic editingAssist real estate agents with marketing materials, branding, templates, and promotional supportSupport office marketing initiatives, events, trainings, and workshopsCreate a seamless onboarding experience for new agents joining the officeProvide technology assistance and training for agents on internal systems and everyday business tools including Google Workspace, Canva, e-signature platforms, CRM systems, and general technology troubleshootingHelp maintain organization, communication, and operational workflows throughout the officeCoordinate schedules, trainings, meetings, and office projectsEnsure a polished and consistent brand presence across office materials and social platformsManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detailQualifications:Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities quicklyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with social media, content creation, and short-form videoTech-savvy and confident assisting others with technology and systemsSelf-motivated, proactive, and solution-orientedTeam player with a positive attitude and strong follow-throughPreferred Experience:Real estate industry experience preferredExperience supporting a sales team or client-facing businessFamiliarity with Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and e-signature platformsEvent coordination, project management, or marketing experience is a plusAbout the Role:This position is a key part of the overall agent experience and office operations.
