What You’ll Do Identify, engage, and recruit top talent acrossSoftware Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Security Build pipelines of high-impact candidates for Fortune 100 clients and fast-growing startups Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using tools likeLinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo , and more Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate both technical potential and cultural fit Partner closely with internal leadership and client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs Provide real-time market insights (talent trends, compensation, competition) to guide hiring strategy Manage candidates throughout the full lifecycle, from first outreach through offer acceptance Continuously refine search strategies to break into competitive and niche talent markets What We’re Looking For Strong interest intechnology, recruiting, or talent strategy Natural ability to build relationships and align people High energy, competitive mindset, and curiosity Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to think strategically and solve problems Bachelor’s degree No technical background? xywuqvp No problem.
