You'll set strategy, evaluate placement effectiveness, and ensure leaders and teams are consistently delivering against KPIs tied to leads, cost efficiency, and conversion.What You'll Own:Lead regional non-traditional marketing strategy tied directly to performance metricsHold leaders and staff accountable to non-traditional marketing goals, KPIs, and conversion targetsEvaluate sponsorships, retail, event, and field placements based on ROICoach, train, and develop leaders, presenters, and brand ambassador teamsDrive performance management, time management, and goal executionTravel 50–75% to support teams, review execution, and reinforce standardsWhat We're Looking For: Prior non‑traditional marketing experience required (retail, events, or field marketing)Experience managing large, high‑volume teams across multiple locationsProven ability to hold leaders and frontline teams accountable to metricsComfortable working in fast‑paced, field‑based environmentsWillingness to travel 50–75%, including evenings and weekends as neededSuccess in this role means non-traditional marketing delivers predictable, scalable results across markets—not just activity.
