Customer Service Representative Jacksonville, FL (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Schedule: 11:00 to 8:00 p.m. EST or 11:30 to 8:00 p.m. EST, 1 Saturday per month 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST Duration: 3-6 month Contract (potential for extension)OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a variety of service-related functions in both call center and non-call center environments. This role involves assisting customers, real estate professionals, and internal teams with a wide range of inquiries across multiple business segments including escrow, insurance, tax, and technical services.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests from the general public and business partnersResolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service issues, escalating complex matters as neededVerify customer and account information for accuracy and complianceResearch and resolve customer inquiries related to escrow, insurance, billing, tax, or foreclosure transactionsDocument interactions by maintaining logs, reports, and recordsInvestigate and track complex customer issues through to resolutionMake outbound calls to follow up on accounts requiring additional attentionCoordinate with internal departments and offshore teams to ensure timely issue resolutionAssist with billing inquiries and partner with collections or other departments as neededSupport order processing, tracking, and customer follow-upAdhere to company compliance and information security policies at all timesQualifications1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or related environment preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable navigating data entry systems and internal applicationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyHigh School Diploma or equivalent required- must be verifiable Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
