Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Engineer / Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS) / Warehouse Management on Open Systems (WMOS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WMS support, technical customization, integrations, deployments, and warehouse operations within supply chain environments.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, support, and enhance Blue Yonder WMS / WMOS applicationsBuild and support custom solutions using:MOCADDAIntegratorPage BuilderReports & LabelsHandle production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysisDevelop and support integrations using Blue Yonder Integrator and middleware platformsWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and troubleshootingSupport inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution warehouse flowsPerform technical design, impact analysis, customization, and documentationExecute unit testing and support SIT/UAT cyclesManage deployments, rollout creation, migrations, and release activitiesSupport go-live, cutover, and hypercare stabilization activitiesCollaborate with business users, operations teams, and technical stakeholdersRequired Skills Strong experience in Blue Yonder WMS / WMOSHands-on expertise with:MOCADDAIntegratorPage BuilderReports & LabelsStrong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain operationsExperience in production support and service deliveryKnowledge of APIs, interfaces, and integration troubleshootingStrong SQL and database skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsRetail or eCommerce industry experienceExposure to Cloud and DevOps environmentsITIL or process management knowledgeExperience supporting enterprise-scale warehouse operations
