Director, IT Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Knight Therapeutics commercializes IBSRELA in Canada.Position Summary:The Director, IT Business Partner is responsible for leading technology strategy and delivery across corporate functions including Corporate Operations, Quality, Finance, HR, Legal, and other G&A areas. This role partners with executive stakeholders to ensure IT solutions enable operational excellence, scalability, and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.Responsibilities:Partner with Corporate Operations, Quality Finance, HR, Legal, and corporate leadership to define and execute IT strategy aligned with business prioritiesTranslate business needs into scalable enterprise solutions supporting corporate functionsLead prioritization and execution of IT initiatives across HRIS, financial systems, and corporate platformsDrive implementation and optimization of enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, and related systemsEnsure alignment with compliance, security, and data governance requirements across corporate systemsManage implementation and enhancement of systems including CRM and patient services platformsCollaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutionsOversee vendor relationships, system implementations, and managed service providersProvide strategic guidance on digital transformation and process optimization initiativesCommunicate technology roadmaps, risks, and investment priorities to executive stake holdersPartner with the CIO to define a long-term enterprise technology strategy and roadmap, including modernization priorities, platform direction, and architectural guardrailsEstablish a pragmatic, scalable architecture operating model, including architecture review and decision forums, technology standards and reference architectures, solution design patterns and reuse, and data classification and security-by-design principlesPartner with the extended IT Leadership and extended TeamsPlease note: this position is hybrid-based out of our Waltham, MA office and requires a presence on-site 2-3 days per week.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field with 10+ years of progressive IT experience with strong support of corporate functions or equivalent experienceProven leadership experience in IT business partnering or enterprise systems rolesDeep knowledge of HR, Finance, and corporate systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platformsDemonstrated experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systemsStrong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC processesExperience leading enterprise-wide system implementations and transformationsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExhibit ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyProven ability to align IT strategy with business operations and drive measurable outcomesThe anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $207,000-$305,000. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.
