Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, operations, and audit. Assist with audits, compliance, and tax-related reporting. Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting efficiency initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred). 2–4 years of accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements. Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics Business Central, Navision, Oracle, M3, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, COUNTIFS). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
