Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Manager in the Greater Memphis, TN area. Details:Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 (potentially more dependent on experience) plus bonus Job Description:Maintain and coordinate employee training programs, ensuring documentation is up-to-date. Monitor quality processes and personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Evaluate process effectiveness, specifications, and personnel performance. Track and trend key regulatory compliance areas, including incident and corrective action reports, customer complaints, document and change control. Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections. Provide guidance and leadership for the internal audit program. Oversee production inspections and manage departmental procedures, budgets, and resources. Establish performance criteria, conduct evaluations, and communicate quality status to stakeholders. Ensure department practices meet OSHA and facility safety standards. Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Quality Manager, Assistant Quality Manager, or a Quality Supervisor in a pharmaceutical environment Experience with regulatory requirements; ISO, GMP, etc. Proven leadership abilities; servant leadership management style. Strong administrative experience with abilities to assist team in meeting quality standards, SOPs, and quality audits.
