Be part of a collaborative, detail-oriented, solution-focused team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceLead and manage the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and resource allocationEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standardsDefine and implement sampling plans, testing methods, and laboratory protocols for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished productsDirect QC testing activities and ensure accurate, timely analysis, documentation, and reporting of resultsEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements across all laboratory and production support activitiesPartner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to define and maintain quality standards and resolve quality-related issuesLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality and food safety eventsOversee food safety programs, including environmental monitoring, facility inspections, and issue mitigation (e.g., facility breaches, contamination risks)Lead customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and successful outcomesWhat Makes You The Right FitBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline10+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or laboratory management within food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated experience managing QC laboratories, teams, and testing programsExperience with Safe Quality Food (SQF) audits and certification processesStrong knowledge of quality control methodologies, laboratory testing methods, and GMP requirementsExperience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiativesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions How Would You Stand Out?Experience leading food safety or environmental monitoring programsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks and customer audit expectations in food manufacturingDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements and quality culture initiatives Why Choose Us?Opportunity to work in a global, innovation-driven organizationCollaborative and inclusive team environment focused on excellenceExposure to end-to-end manufacturing and quality operationsCareer growth and development opportunitiesAccess to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid parental leave, vacation, holidays, and an annual bonus.Ability to make a meaningful impact on product quality and food safety standardsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
