You’ll play a critical role in shaping the guest experience from setup to final toast — ensuring every event reflects our standards of excellence and hospitality.What You’ll DoLead and mentor Bar Captains, Event Managers, Event Chefs, and hourly staff to create a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellenceOversee all front-of-house event operations, ensuring seamless execution across catered events of varying size and complexityProvide real-time leadership during events by guiding teams, resolving challenges, and maintaining a polished guest experienceManage beverage operations including inventory, ordering, transfers, consumption reporting, and event-specific bar preparationPartner closely with culinary, logistics, sales, and scheduling teams to ensure flawless communication and execution across departmentsDevelop and maintain service standards, operational procedures, and training programs that elevate consistency and performanceCoach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and professional mentorshipSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion readiness for FOH team members and event leadership staffMonitor staffing levels and event assignments to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiencyContinuously identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance both guest and team experiencesMaintain a positive, professional, and hospitality-forward culture that prioritizes both operational excellence and employee well-beingOversee uniform inventory and presentation standards to ensure all staff are event-ready and professionally equippedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum 10 years of banquet or event service experienceAt least 5 years in a management role within hospitalityStrong experience leading large FOH teams and complex event executionKnowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and staffing logisticsProficiency with operational software, spreadsheets, and event tracking toolsPhysical & Schedule RequirementsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours) during event execution.Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, including event equipment, beverage containers, and supplies.Comfortable navigating stairs, ramps, and varied terrain at off-site venues.Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as required for event setup and breakdown.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule.Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in varying weather conditions.FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Full-TimeEOE STATEMENT We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
