Nail Technician /Lash Technician

Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply eyelash extensions, ensuring safety and comfort while achieving desired volume and length Provide lash lift and tint treatments to enhance natural lashes Conduct esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and other skincare services to meet client needs Educate clients on nail care, lash maintenance, and retail product recommendations to promote ongoing beauty routines Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, skincare items, and lash care products to maximize client satisfaction and sales Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for nail art design and lash styling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care and eyelash extensions Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser treatments is a plus Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to recommend products effectively Ability to perform hair threading and barbering techniques when needed Demonstrated communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance client experience while increasing revenue Join us to turn your passion into a rewarding career where every detail matters!
