Mobile Developer

We are hiring a Mobile Application Developer to join a growing technology team focused on rebuilding and enhancing customer-facing and internal platforms across mobile, web, and CRM environments.This role is part of an agile delivery organization supporting sales, service, and marketing initiatives tied to a large distributor network. The team is currently in a major execution and modernization phase, with a strong focus on improving user experience and delivering new product capabilities.The position is heavily hands-on, with roughly 70% focused on new development and 30% dedicated to support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.What You’ll Be DoingBuild, maintain, and support iOS and Android applications using Flutter and DartDevelop new features and functionality for mobile applications used internally and by external partnersWork with APIs, backend integrations, and structured dataTroubleshoot application issues and improve performance, stability, and usabilityParticipate in application rebuild and modernization effortsCollaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and business teams in an agile environmentAssist with testing, deployment support, and ongoing application improvementsContribute to technical discussions around architecture, mobile development standards, and integrationsEnvironment & TechnologyFlutterDartRESTful APIsMobile application architectureDatabase structures and data modelingCRM and enterprise platform integrationsAgile delivery teamsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience building mobile applications2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and/or DartStrong understanding of mobile application architecture and API integrationsExperience working with structured data and database objectsAbility to troubleshoot issues and work independently within a collaborative teamExperience with Bluetooth technology, embedded systems, or IoT-connected applications is a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholdersPreferred BackgroundExperience integrating mobile applications with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, internal business applications, or digital experience platforms is highly valued.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
