About the job Assistant Project Manager - Underground Utilities / Heavy Civil - San Diego, CAA leading infrastructure general contractor is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support complex public works and utility projects across Southern California. With a reputation for delivering large-scale infrastructure safely, efficiently, and with technical excellence, this team is looking for a detail-oriented APM who thrives in a fast paced, field-driven environment.This position is ideal for someone who brings strong underground utility experience specifically in wet utilities, trenching, and underground piping in California. The role will work closely with the field and executive teams to drive project performance, support compliance, and exceed client expectations. MUST have hands-on heavy civil field expertise with wet utility.
