This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with deep technical knowledge and a strong track record delivering mission-critical facilities.What You'll Be Responsible For:Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale data center construction projectsManage civil/site work, structural activities, and full MEP coordinationOversee commissioning activities and ensure readiness for turnoverDirect and coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and qualityEnforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsCollaborate closely with owners, vendors, utilities, inspectors, and internal teamsTrack progress, resolve field issues, and drive projects to successful completionSupport extended onsite assignments and regional travel as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience managing data center construction projectsStrong background in civil/site work, MEP systems, and commissioningExperience with Primavera P6Demonstrated success managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety programsExcellent communication skills with owners, vendors, utilities, and internal stakeholdersAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsWillingness and availability for extended onsite assignmentsThis is a strong opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in complex, high-demand data center environments.
