Lead for Stainless Make Ready Dept.

Overview We are seeking a skilled Lead Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Stainless Restaurant Equipment and managing a team Duties - Perform maintenance tasks such as putting equipment together as needed - Inspect units to identify issues and ensure all equipment is top quality - Fabricate or repair items as needed - Supervise and coordinate you team to insure lead times are meet. - Provide exceptional customer service to for all our Customers - Keep up with stock and anything need in your dept. Qualifications - Proficiency in reading Blue Prints and Drawings - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, (Spanish is a plus) - Experience in facilities maintenance of your area - Ability to maintain a high standard of workmanship - Previous experience in Stainless steel restaurant equipment is a must - Familiarity with Tig welding and Finishing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Extended hours Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Experience: TIG welding: 1 year (Required) Restaurant experience: 5 years (Required) Language: English and Spanish is a plus (Required) Ability to Commute: Venus, TX 76084 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Venus, TX 76084: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
