Fabricator/Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 22.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components to meet specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts for fabrication Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy Maintain welding equipment and keep work area clean and safe Fabricator/Welder Qualifications: Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding processes required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE usage Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
