Data Stewardship Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Stewardship. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a small team of Data Stewards, providing direction and hands-on support for data-related issues Monitor team performance and oversee daily validation of hospital data feeds for accuracy and completeness Coordinate data transfers and support integration of data into Lakehouse and downstream systems Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in data stewardship, data quality, or revenue cycle operations (healthcare preferred) 1-3 years of people leadership or team lead experience Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, COB) Familiarity with data integration processes and data environments (ETL, warehouse/Lakehouse concepts)
