This is a full-time position starting at $16/hr.Customer Service Experience (2 Years Preferred)Must be available for evening shift (required)Day Shift Availability (preferred)We work in 8-hour shifts here. You will need to have availability during weekends and holidays. We do have supplemental bonus pay based upon performance.Answer phone callsCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policiesRecord customer information within out customer service databaseEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concernsOffer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policiesResponsibilities - Customer Care Representative / Business DevelopmentWe are looking for highly energetic process driven individuals that are coach-able and ready to join our team.
