Role SummaryWe are looking for a Controls / GRC Specialist to support a focused initiative to review, rationalize, and rewrite infrastructure operations controls. This role will work closely with operations and risk teams to ensure controls are practical, testable, and aligned with current processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and assess existing infrastructure-related controlsRewrite and standardize control documentationIdentify redundant or outdated controls and recommend removalPartner with operations teams to understand real-world processesDesign controls that are measurable and audit-readySupport control testing and validation activitiesIdentify gaps and recommend new controls where neededRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong background in GRC / Controls / Operational RiskExperience with control design, documentation, and testingFamiliarity with SOX or similar regulatory frameworksAbility to translate business/technical processes into control languageExperience working in banking or regulated environmentsPreferred QualificationsExposure to infrastructure operations (incident, change, monitoring, backups)Prior experience with control remediation or transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder communication skills
