Lytwyn Construction is a Lehigh Valley-based commercial GC looking for a hands-on Project Superintendent to lead field operations across a diverse portfolio of projects. We work on a variety of projects - from ground-up construction to interior fit-outs across sectors including education, healthcare, multifamily housing, restaurants, and retail. We're seeking an experienced and dependable Project Superintendent to take ownership of our job sites and lead our field operations. You'll oversee daily field operations across multiple projects, direct crews and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact between the field and the project management team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running a tight, well-organized job site.Superintendent ResponsibilitiesField Leadership — Direct on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedulesSchedule & Progress Management — Monitor daily site activities, track project milestones, and proactively identify and resolve schedule impactsSafety & Compliance — Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct site inspections, and maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environmentQuality Control — Verify that all work meets plans, specs, and quality expectations; manage punch list completion through project closeoutSite Coordination — Coordinate deliveries, subcontractor access, inspections, and other site activities to keep the project moving efficientlyDocumentation & Reporting — Maintain accurate daily logs, document site conditions and progress, and communicate updates regularly to project managers and the office teamMulti-Site Oversight — Travel between job sites as needed to monitor progress, support crews, and ensure consistent standards across all active projectsHands-On Support — Step in with self-perform work when needed, particularly in carpentry, drywall, ceilings, doors/hardware, and general finish workWhat We OfferCompensation depending on experience, around $65,000 - $85,000A steady pipeline of diverse, interesting projectsReal room for growth within an expanding companyHealth Insurance and Paid Time Off
