Position Overview
Managed Care Network is seeking a manager to oversee daily Workers Compensation (WC) Fee Schedule operations within its Bill Review Department. This role ensures consistent workflow execution, strong turnaround performance, and high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The Division Lead reports to the Director of Bill Review and plays a key role in operational stability, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily inventory and workflow management across our proprietary fee schedule system and StrataWare
Manage queues, priorities, deadlines, and issue escalations
Lead and develop staff; support additional team contributors
Monitor productivity, identify gaps, and ensure benchmark performance
Support accuracy, quality, and compliance across Fee Schedule activities
Contribute to reporting and provide insights on trends and risks
Recommend workflow and process improvements
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and leadership
Qualifications
Experience managing high‑volume operational workflows and turnaround expectations
Strong knowledge of NY medical fee schedules and bill review processes
Experience with other Northeast WC fee schedules and Usual and Customary reviews is desirable
Proven leadership in a production‑driven environment with escalation management
Ability to track and improve productivity and performance metrics
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with operational reporting
Experience with bill review or claims systems (StrataWare, or similar)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
