Business Operations & Marketing Manager

Job Description:Own and maintain CRM data integrity, structure, and accuracy Standardize pipeline stages, lead tracking, and attribution logic Manage large datasets (10,000–50,000+ records), including cleaning and auditing Improve CRM workflows and automation to reduce manual work Build and maintain dashboards tracking Leads, Conversions, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI by channel and conversion cycle time Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations Own marketing attribution across all channels Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and optimize performance Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, referrals) Manage lead lists, segmentation, and CRM data flows Track campaign performance and continuously improve processes Manage and oversee a remote team (VAs, cold callers, lead managers) Run weekly KPI meetings and track performance metrics Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions Act as the main operational point of contact for leadership Support performance reviews and proactively address underperformance Build and maintain SOPs for all repeatable processes Own and manage ClickUp (or similar tools) for task and workflow management Implement automation (Zapier, ClickUp, etc.) to improve efficiency Ensure scalable onboarding processes for new hires Requirements:4+ years of direct experience in Operations or Marketing Operations management roles (not adjacent/support functions) Near-native English proficiency ( C2 or strong C1 , written and spoken, client-facing level) Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM management, reporting, pipelines, and data integrity) Strong command of marketing performance metrics and KPI frameworks (CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, attribution models) Demonstrated experience owning team accountability frameworks (KPIs, scorecards, performance tracking, weekly reporting cadences) Experience managing and holding accountable remote teams (VAs, SDRs, marketing ops, or similar) Advanced Excel / data analysis skills (Power Query or equivalent strongly preferred) Experience handling and structuring large datasets (10K–50K+ records) Proven ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in unstructured environments.
