The successful candidate will be a true business-minded capital leader, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure that capital is deployed thoughtfully across legal entities and geographies, and that financial performance and risk management are directly influenced by strategic capital decisions.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Treasury include monitoring and assessing capital and liquidity generation, partnering with business leaders to enhance capital efficiency, and supporting the structuring and implementation of large-scale financial decisions. The role requires a professional with a strong background in capital management, treasury, or balance-sheet strategy, and a solid understanding of reinsurance products, structures, and risk drivers. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a preference for those with a background in property and casualty. Familiarity with U.S. and/or Canadian solvency and regulatory frameworks is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to operate independently and a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
