This role offers:High-impact work tied directly to executive-level initiativesOwnership over data quality, reporting, and system integration activitiesExposure to modern ERP platforms and cross-functional technical teamsA collaborative environment where autonomy and proactive problem-solving are valued What will the Data Analyst / Consultant do?Audit, cleanse, and validate large data sets across multiple systemsMaintain ongoing data synchronization between ERP, CRM, and internal platformsDevelop and execute ETL workflows to support system integrationsBuild and monitor reports using SQL, Excel, and/or SSRSTroubleshoot data gaps, inconsistencies, and sync issues in partnership with technical stakeholdersSupport ongoing phases of a multi-system implementation and enhancement roadmapRecommend improvements to data processes, structure, and governance What the company is looking for in a Data Analyst / Consultant:3+ years of hands-on data analysis experienceStrong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and ETL/data transformation methodsExperience supporting ERP or CRM integrations (D365, CE, or similar platforms a plus)Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and stay ahead of project needsStrong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and operational teams Bonus Points:Experience with D365 (F&O or CE)Prior work supporting data migration or multi-system syncFamiliarity with SSRS, APIs, or cross-system reporting Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary aligned with experienceStandard business hours with some flexibilityOpportunity to influence enterprise data processes and standardsLong runway for continued involvement in transformation and post-implementation initiatives
